Frequently quoted on industry and economic issues and a regular speaker at trade events, Rakshit also featured in the 2015 Edition of the Economic Times - Spencer Stuart 'top 40 under forty' business leaders list.






Sudhir Mendirata - Chief Financial Officer

Sudhir heads the finance function and is responsible for setting overall strategic direction and fiscal management policies of the company. He has more than 20 years of financial and operational experience spanning various roles in his career including fifteen years of experience in the travel trade.



Gaurav Luthra - Chief Operating Officer

Gaurav brings with him over 20 years of tenure at FCTG India driving product innovation and managing our supplier relations for better revenue outcomes to launching Corporate Traveller as the first branded SME travel proposition in this market.



Manoj Nair - National Marketing Leader

Manoj Nair leads the marketing function for FCM India. He brings with him more than 15 years of experience in the travel industry having worked in leadership positions with reputed travel companies. A hardcore marketer with proven record in brand building and customer centric innovation, his mandate is to drive ROI based marketing solutions for the organisation.



John Thangaraj - National Peopleworks Leader

John is a senior HR professional with more than 22 years of corporate experience across industries like travel, consumer durables, manufacturing and logistics and Travel  industries. John specializes in Human Behavioral Science and is a regular practitioner of Souldrama, a blend of Psychodrama and Spirituality and inculcates them in his HR  practices.




Rakesh Negi - FCM India Brand Leader

With over 18 years of experience as a travel professional, Rakesh drives strategic direction, expansion and operation of FCM Travel Solutions in India. Prior to joining FCM, Rakesh held leadership positions with various other corporate travel companies.


Sayan Mitra - Head of Account Management

Sayan has a rich experience of working across different functions in travel management including account management/multinational account management and implementation. In his current role, he leads the Account Management, Implementation and MIS teams ensuring that our customers can optimize and streamline their travel spends with our enhanced technology solutions.


Samarjit Parashar – Regional Sales Leader North India

Samarjit is FCM Travel Solutions’ Regional Sales Leader for North India. Samarjit has close to 20 years of work experience, mostly in the travel industry. Samarjit oversees the strategic sales direction of the FCM Travel Solutions brand in his region, including customer acquisition and engagement


Ritesh Srivastava – Regional Sales Leader South India

Ritesh is FCM Travel Solutions’ Regional Sales Leader for South India. Ritesh is a MBA from IIBR Pune and has 11 years of work experience mostly in telecommunication industry. Ritesh oversees the strategic sales direction of the FCM Travel Solutions brand for southern India, including customer acquisition and engagement


Vinod Viswanathan – General Manager Sales West India

Vinod is responsible for spearheading Corporate Acquisitions for FCM  in western India region. Vinod comes with about 10 years of experience, primarily in the airline industry. Prior to FCM, he was working with British Airways as Commercial Development Manager and has vast exposure in the Corporate Travel Industry.




Manpreet Bindra - Head of MICE

Manpreet has over two decades of experience in the travel industry, focusing especially on MICE travel. Under his leadership, FCM MICE has successfully planned and executed MICE and Events for  national and multinational corporates and emerging businesses.


Gagan Malhotra - National Head, India, Travel Money

An industry veteran with a career spanning over 20 years in the foreign exchange business, Gagan has held leadership roles in companies such as Thomas Cook and P&O Travel. Under his leadership, FCM’s foreign exchange business in India was consolidated and re-branded as Travel Money India. In a short span of two years, Travel Money India has developed market penetration across key cities in India, scaled profitability volumes and achieved strong brand recall.


Rohit Walter - Vice President & Head - FCM InCOMING

Rohit Walter leads the team FCM InCOMING (Inbound travel). He comes with a wealth of experience of over 20 years in the inbound travel business and is responsible for overall business strategies and delivery at FCM InCOMING. He is widely travel and has fantastic relationship across the globe. He has worked in leadership positions with reputed travel company like Thomas Cook/TCI. With his expertise he has developed and brought visibility of Inbound travel division in a very short period of time in the market.


Anand Menon, Vice President & Head – Travel Tours

Anand leads the Retail Leisure Brand – Travel Tours in India. He has over 15 years of comprehensive experience in travel, foreign exchange and FMCG in leadership roles. He has an exceptional track record of leading large teams, spearheading multiple projects and driving change in complex environments. Under his leadership, the retail brands Flight Shop and Travel Tours, merged to form a formidable Leisure brand – Travel Tours which focusses on delivering amazing experiences at unbeatable value to customers.


Joseph K Jose, Vice President & Head – Wholesale

Joseph has over 21 years of high quality experience in the Travel trade, he is a trained Chef and holds a Masters in Tourism Management along with Executive Program in Business Management (EPBM) from IIM Calcutta. His work stints include Sheraton Hotel, teaching hotel management, Cox & Kings, Tourism Malaysia and Joe was instrumental in starting the wholesale division and scaling this division over the last 10 yrs to become the fastest growing B2B players in the country, currently this division works with over 3000 travel agents pan India. Currently he is responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth and optimize operational efficiency of the Wholesale department and Luxury Travel. He’s traveled to more than 35 countries across 6 continents.
